So, you have heard you can make a killing in penny stock trading? Well, while there is a great deal of money to be made trading hot penny stocks, you have to know your way around.

The best way to get started is to find a site that offers a Free List of Penny Stocks. Do some research on the companies that are listed, and begin paper trading.

Paper trading is a method in which you start out with a fictitious penny stock trading account, and make simulated trades.

Carefully watch your progress and try to be diligent about your penny stock trades accurately depicting how you would handle a real money trading account.

I suggest paper trading for at least three months before opening an account with a penny stock broker. If in that amount of time you are consistently making profitable trades you should feel good about your chances with a real money account.

It all starts with a good free list of penny stocks. Good Luck!
